Refund Policy for Commercial Driver Center

At Commercial Driver Center ("we," "us," or "our"), we strive to provide high-quality Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) training programs. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our training programs and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By enrolling in our programs or using our Services, you agree to this Refund Policy, which is incorporated into our Terms and Conditions [link to Terms and Conditions].
1. General Refund Guidelines

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to cdc.cdl.com@gmail.com or by mail to PO Box 1394, Southampton, PA 18966.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days] of approval.

Non-refunded fees, such as administrative or processing fees, are non-refunded unless otherwise stated.

This policy applies to all CDL training programs, including classroom instruction, behind-the-wheel training, and related services, unless otherwise specified.
2. Cancellation by You
a. Before Program Start Date

If you cancel your enrollment at least 7 business days] before the program start date, you are eligible for a full refund of tuition and fees, less a non-refunded administrative fee of [$1000].

Cancellations made less than 7 business days] before the program start date may be eligible for a partial refund of 50%] of tuition, less the non-refunded administrative fee.

To cancel, you must notify us in writing with your full name, program details, and reason for cancellation.
b. After Program Start Date

No refunds will be issued for cancellations or withdrawals after the program start date, regardless of attendance or participation.

If you are unable to complete the program due to extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergency), you may request a partial refund or credit toward a future program. Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and require supporting documentation (e.g., medical records). Approval is at our sole discretion.
3. Non-Completion or Failure to Meet Requirements

No refunds will be issued if you fail to complete the training program, fail to meet eligibility requirements (e.g., FMCSA or state licensing standards), or fail to pass required tests (e.g., written exams, driving tests).

Successful completion of our program does not guarantee a CDL license, as licensing is subject to state Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) or equivalent agency requirements. No refunds will be issued if you are denied a CDL license by a third party.
4. Cancellation by Commercial Driver Center

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a training program due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If we cancel a program before it begins, you will receive a full refund of all tuition and fees paid, including any administrative fees.

If we reschedule a program and you are unable to attend the new session, you may choose to receive a full refund or transfer your enrollment to another available session at no additional cost.

We are not responsible for reimbursing travel, lodging, or other incidental expenses incurred due to cancellations or rescheduling.
5. Additional Fees and Services

Materials and Equipment Fees: Fees for training materials, manuals, or equipment rentals are non-refunded unless the program is canceled by us before materials are provided.

Testing Fees: Fees for third-party testing (e.g., DMV-administered tests) or additional services (e.g., background checks) are non-refunded, as these are typically paid directly to third parties.

Rescheduling Fees: If you miss a scheduled training session and request to reschedule, a rescheduling fee of $350] may apply, subject to availability. No refunds will be issued for missed sessions.
6. Payment Plans

If you are enrolled in a payment plan and cancel or withdraw from the program, you remain responsible for any outstanding balance owed.

Refunds, if applicable, will be calculated based on the total amount paid, less the non-refunded administrative fee and any prorated costs for completed sessions.

You are still responsible for the full program cost, even if you withdraw from the program.
7. Special Circumstances

Military Service: If you are called to active military duty and provide documentation, you may receive a full refund or a credit toward a future program.

Employer-Sponsored Training: If your training is funded by an employer or third party, refunds or credits will be issued to the paying party in accordance with this policy, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
